Carter Jonas, the national property consultancy, has appointed Charlie Mason, a leisure property surveyor as associate to strengthen its Oxford office’s Commercial team.
Charlie, an RICS registered valuer, specialises in valuation, development appraisal, feasibility and agency advice across holiday parks, holiday cottage complexes, park home estates, marinas, children’s activity centres, hotels and public houses.
Charlie joins from GVA where he worked for five years, and prior to that he worked at Humberts Leisure and Savills.
