The Aquatec Group, a specialist consultancy in oceanic instrumentation products and design, have moved to Basingstoke from Hartley Wintney.
The company has opened its new headquarters by acquiring a lease on Unit 4, Cartel Business Centre, Stroudley Road in the established Kingsland business area to the north east of the Town Centre. The property comprises office and hi-tech space on two floors amounting to approximately 5,380 sq.ft. The transaction involves a new lease term of 5 years at a rent close to the asking figure £53,000 per annum, following on quickly from the sale of Unit 3 which has been converted into a modern showroom by A1 Bathrooms Ltd.
