Building on their expansion and merger in 2013 Wiggins Lockett Thompson are growing again with the establishment of a new Agency led office in the heart of the Black Country led by a surveyor with over 16 years post qualification experience in the sector. Having spent his career in property sale and lettings whilst also specialising of Landlord and Tenant instructions Stourbridge lad Richard Bache has joined the firm, who have taken space at Waterfront in Dudley. The office will also be home to a building surveyor, Phil Prentice increasing the efficiency of work we’re already undertaking in the area.
