BNP Paribas Real Estate has made two new senior appointments within its London valuation team, as part of its ambitious development plan. Gillian Bowman joins as a senior director, from Kames Capital, and Robert Dagwell as director, from Sanderson Weatherall LLP.
Gillian previously worked for BNP Paribas Real Estate until 2008 as a senior director in investment valuations before moving to Kames Capital, where she spent six years as a property investment fund manager. Overall, she has more than 25 years of experience working in valuation and fund management for top international companies.
Robert was formerly head of the London office of Sanderson Weatherall and has 35 years of experience within the property industry. He was responsible for all commercial and residential property valuations, for loan security and accounting purposes and has acted as property adviser to several property owning and occupying organisations.

Both will be responsible for the delivery of the business and development plans, as well as supporting the company’s ambition for growth, especially in the UK, with one of the aims being to further build on the excellent reputation of the valuation business.”
In the last 18 months, BNP Paribas Real Estate has brought in more than 50 senior people, helping the company to accelerate as a major player in the UK, in keeping with its European leadership position.
