Acting on behalf of private clients, Goadsby have completed the letting of 743-745 Wimborne Road, Moordown to Mr Mhedin Khalid who will open the premises as a barbers.
The subject premises comprise a net sales area of 413 sq ft with 221 sq ft of additional ancillary storage and was let on a new full repairing and insuring lease. The quoting rental was £8,500 per annum, exclusive.
