Employment and pensions expert James Collings steps up from associate to partner at Foot Anstey. James, who heads up the firm’s employment team in Truro, specialises in all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law. Foot Anstey is the only top 100 law firm with an office in Cornwall. He has significant expertise in dealing with areas such as discrimination, transfers of undertakings, large scale redundancies and restructures, exiting of senior staff, and the drafting and enforcement of restrictive covenants. James also has extensive advocacy experience representing his clients in Employment Tribunal claims.
James advises a wide range of both national and local clients with particular expertise in the retail, media, education, and manufacturing sectors. He is also an active member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
