St. Modwen, the UK’s leading regeneration specialist, has signed up a major NHS service operator to The Oaks in Redditch.
West Midlands Ambulance Service has taken 1,289 sq ft of space on a nine year lease at the site, which is located just off the A441, south of Redditch.
Serving a population of five million people and an area of 5,000 square miles, the deal will see the operator relocate its services to larger premises from its current base. The Oaks will provide a more convenient location and will enable the continued expansion of the service well into the future.
Offering contemporary office space with car parking on a secure site, The Oaks is located only five miles from Junction 2 of the M42 and is perfectly situated to access the UK motorway network.

St. Modwen has also instructed solicitors with a purchaser for unit 4, representing 1,292 sq ft of space, which following agreement will leave only one unit at The Oaks available to let.
