Will Maugham of Goadsby’s Property Management Department is pleased to announce their appointment as Managing Agents of an Office unit at Winchester Place, Poole on behalf of an international client.
Will states “this instruction comes from the fact Goadsby are a multiple disciplinary firm and our Valuation Department dealt with a recent rent review for the client. The Management Department has been subsequently brought on board to oversee the day-to-day management and rent collection for the overseas client”.
