BNP Paribas Real Estate, the leading property adviser, has leased 6,878 sq ft of office accommodation at Advantage House, Poplar Way, Rotherham, to EEF, the Manufacturers Organisation.
EEF has secured the second floor, which comprises self-contained modern, high quality offices within close proximity of J33 M1 and on the doorstep of the Advanced Manufacturing Park.

The deal itself is positive for the local market, as it is one of the largest deals to complete so far this year.”
