Chesterton Humberts have recently agreed the letting of Unit 6b and 10d at Ilton Business Park, Ilton, nr Ilminster on behalf of their clients. Unit 6b provided a warehouse unit with roller shutter door and office accommodation with a gross internal area of 154.64 sq m (1,664 sq ft). The unit was available at a quoting rent of £8,840 per annum plus VAT. Unit 10d is the smallest workshop on the site extending to 46.83 sq m (503 sq ft) and was available at a quoting rent of £2,080 per annum plus VAT.
