Property consultants Alder King and Nick Bevan Consulting are marketing three newly available business units on Phase 8 Ashchurch Business Centre in Tewkesbury on behalf of Ashville Asset Management.
Units 100C, 200A and 200B range from 3,272 sq ft up to 13,797 sq ft and are available on flexible new leases.
Ashchurch Business Centre, located off the A46 adjacent to the M5, has been developed in eight phases and is home to occupiers including Allen Vanguard, Moog Controls, Oberthur Technologies and Adglow. The most recent Phase 8 was built in 2005 at a cost of £3 million and comprises six industrial units providing in excess of 30,000 sq ft of quality space.
Spencer Crowder of Ashville Asset Management said: “Due to the scarcity of new development land available in Tewkesbury, we often seek to retain developments as an investment. Ashville has always tended to retain industrial developments in areas of strong demand such as Tewkesbury.”
Located between Birmingham and Bristol and with junctions onto the M5 and M50 motorways, Tewkesbury has excellent transport links. The town’s geography, combined with its well-established industrial reputation, has helped it to remain a favourite with both new and established industrial companies for many years.
