DTZ today announced four new appointments to its Cardiff office.
Joining the Valuation team as Director is Andrew Hughes whilst Rhys Griffiths joins as Surveyor. Lottie Egerton joins as Rating Surveyor and John Stockley joins the Project and Building Consultancy team as Surveyor.
Bringing 22 years of experience, Andrew Hughes joins from the Cardiff office of Lambert Smith Hampton where he was responsible for the provision of valuation services. He has also acted as a fixed charge receiver in a number of cases.
Rhys Griffiths joins the team from Monmouthshire County Council and has a range of experience in valuation, landlord and tenant, and asset management.
In addition to the appointments to the Valuation team, Lydia Crane has been promoted to the position of Senior Surveyor. Lydia joined DTZ in 2012 and has played a key role in supporting the continued growth of the Corporate Recovery business, which acts for clients across the UK.

DTZ’s rating team has appointed Lottie Egerton as Surveyor. Lottie is a member of the RICS and has previously worked for Savills, Jones Lang La Salle and Cardiff, Blaenau Gwent and Vale of Glamorgan Councils. She will be working with the National Rating Team dealing with rating appeals and other rates mitigation strategies.
John Stockley rejoins the four-strong Project and Building Consultancy team after a brief spell at GVA. John, who qualified through DTZ’s Graduate Programme, will be working on a number of refurbishment projects across the region.
