Acting as joint agents on behalf of private clients, Goadsby and Robin Calver Chartered Surveyors have assigned the existing lease of 107 Old Christchurch Road to Hays Travel Ltd who trade as Bath Travel.
The premises which comprises a ground floor retail area of 655 sq ft with an additional 247 sq ft ancillary storage, was available as a lease assignment on the residue of a ten year lease with a passing rent of £25,000 per annum exclusive.
