Ladbrokes Betting & Gaming Ltd has acquired 46.91 sq m (505 sq ft) by way of a new 10 year full repairing and insuring lease from February 2013.
There is a rent review and tenant only option to break at the expiration of year 5. At an initial rent of £22,500 per annum exclusive.
