Blusource, the leading supplier of strategic recruitment and advisory solutions to the professional services and commerce and industry markets, has opened two further offices as it continues to roll out its services nationally.
The two new offices in Reading and Cambridge bring the total to seven for Blusource, which has seen sustained growth in the first four months of 2014.
Chief Executive Andrew Springhall said: “These final two offices complete the Blusource jigsaw. We now have an office in each of our regions: South West, South, West Midlands, East Midlands, North West and Yorkshire/North East. We will also be opening a London office before the end of the year.
“Blusource has seen huge growth since the turn of the year and the jobs market becomes fluid once again. Real confidence has returned to the market on the back of growing GDP and dropping unemployment. This caused a sea change in attitude towards recruitment from business leaders and willingness from candidates to look towards fresh challenges again.
To capitalise on this, Blusource has taken on a further three new recruits as activity nationally continues to grow.
Emma Vallance has joined the Accountancy team and will be responsible for accountancy practice recruitment in the Blusource South region – which includes, Oxford, Reading, Southampton and Guildford.
Melanie Blakey has joined the Legal team splitting her time between the Nottingham and Cambridge offices and reporting into partner, Claire Dickerson.
Chris Martin has joined the Industry & Commerce team and will work on the Nottingham territory, responsible for all placements up to £35k.
Andrew Springhall added: “We’re delighted to welcome Emma, Melanie and Chris. Blusource has now added six people to its team in the first quarter of 2014 – and more are on the way as we continue to grow nationally.”
