Colliers International has just completed a letting at one of the city’s in demand locations – 3 Queen Square in the city centre – providing further evidence of the recovery in the Bristol office market.
Colliers International were retained by legal and professional services firm Gregg Latchams LLP in the sub-letting of 2,560 sq ft at 3 Queen Square to ForgeRock.
The space had been released by Gregg Latchams as part of their planned move to IT based service delivery with flexible working spaces in their main site at 6-8 Queen Square.
ForgeRock offers open source identity protection systems for Enterprise, cloud, social and mobile applications.
The Georgian office is in the heart of the city’s commercial district and is close to the Harbourside. It has fantastic views and is within easy walking distance of city centre amenities.
James Preece from Colliers International said: “This elegant property is an impressive Grade II* listed building providing office accommodation over ground to third floors. It is just ten minutes’ walk from Temple Meads railway station.
“Queen Square is still one of Bristol’s most sought after business addresses which is why speculative office development is taking place here.”
