Bruton Knowles has added to its fast expanding Bristol office with the appointment of Richard Smale.
An experienced commercial and rural surveyor, Richard joins the Great George Street team from Savills.
With extensive knowledge in valuation, agency and property management, dealing with residential, commercial and agricultural property, Richard will offer strategic advice to landlords, tenants and commercial institutions.
Richard also had experience in compulsory purchase and will provide in-depth support across the range of services offered by Bruton Knowles.
Having spent eight years living and working in Bristol, Richard is excited to further his career with the Bruton Knowles team.

Paul said Richard’s appointment to the core team in Bristol would further expand the range of expertise with Paul Williams taking charge of the city office agency and Will Nell handling industrial.
