Midlands Surveyors Wiggins Lockett Thompson are hoping to emulate their success in letting Six Nightingale Place at Pendeford Office park to the Jelf Group with news of more available suites close to the successful JLR Development in the M54. The Jelf Group, who have expanded from older premises on the same park have taken 1310 sq ft of refurbished offices from Wiggins Lockett Thompson allowing the existing tenant Provectus to relocate early after agreeing terms with the managing Agents Wiggins Lockett tho9mpson.
