It is unlikely to go viral like a certain Oscars selfie, but these commercial property specialists in Hampshire were happy to capture the joie de vive moment as they moved into a new office.
The Southampton team at chartered surveyors Hughes Ellard has taken root at Enterprise House, at the city’s Ocean Village.
It is a few metres away from the 375-berth marina and the city’s tallest residential building, the 26-floor Morseby Tower, part of the 299-home Admirals Quay complex being built by Allied Developments.
Pictured capturing the group selfie is Russell Mogridge, the Solent business space director at Hughes Ellard. Clockwise behind him are Mary Pearson, David McGougan, Harnish Patel, Tim Poynting, Christine Bennett, Roger Sherliker and Nik Cox.
Russell: “This is our A-list line-up in Southampton, although we appreciate we are unlikely to attract a record-breaking 3.2 million retweets like the Oscars selfie taken by Hollywood actor Bradley Cooper on behalf of talk show host Ellie DeGeneres. We might reach 25, if our clients and families take pity on us.”
Hughes Ellard, which has a 40-year pedigree, has another office at Cams Hall, Fareham.
Professional services include development appraisal, search and acquisition, valuation, rent review and lease renewal, asset management, building consultancy, disposals and investment advice throughout the Solent Corridor and UK.
