DTZ, acting on behalf of National Grid Properties, has been instructed to launch a joint venture developer selection exercise for Voltage Park, Partington.
The site extends to over 67 acres and benefits from an outline planning consent for c. 1m sq ft of industrial /warehousing.
Tony O’Keefe, Director of DTZ’s North West Industrial Agency comments: “This is the largest industrial joint venture selection exercise in the region at the present time. Given the current scarcity in deliverable development sites in the Greater Manchester area, Voltage Park offers a rare opportunity to redress this supply imbalance.”
