Ruth Dickin and Jaspal Singh have joined the team as Senior Surveyor and Surveyor respectively.
With over 10 years of experience in the property industry, Ruth joins GVA from the Birmingham office of GBR Phoenix Beard, where she worked as a property management surveyor, advising a range of clients on strategy and asset portfolio management.
She will be working on a number of high-profile accounts across the Midlands, including Antsy Park in Coventry, Kings Court in Worcester, and Victoria Square House.
Jaspal joins GVA from the Birmingham office of DTZ, where he was Assistant Surveyor and will be focussing on providing support for clients including Brindleyplace.
Guy Thompson, Director and Regional Head of Property Management Consultancy, GVA, said: “With a resurgent economy, growing confidence in the property industry and the re-emergence of development on sites throughout the region, this is a key time for the property management sector.
“Ruth’s and Jaspal’s experience and enthusiasm are a great combination that will play a key role in ensuring that the PMC team here in Birmingham continues to build on the successes that we’ve enjoyed so far this year.”
The 11-strong Property Management Consultancy team offers a full range of advice and services to property investors and company fund managers, including due diligence and service charge audits.
