The Bristol office sector is flying again with new moves being announced every week.
Colliers International has just completed a deal on behalf of Eskmuir Properties at Equinox North, which is situated in one of North Bristol’s most sought-after locations.
National Offices Director James Preece said: “Recently refurbished accommodation is continuing to attract the lion’s share of attention and it’s also good to see an increase in the size of space being taken.”
The 6,477 sq ft refurbished office space is being taken by Cambridge Silicon Radio Limited (CSR) on a five year lease.
CSR is a global provider of innovative silicon and software solutions for the location-aware, media-rich, cloud-connected world. CSR were represented by Cushman & Wakefield.
James added: “Equinox North has benefited from an extensive refurbishment programme to raise the building’s profile and offers excellent space at more competitive rents to the likes of Aztec West. It also boasts exceptionally good levels of car parking and has one of the largest open plan floorplates in North Bristol.”
