Commercial property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has made three new appointments to its national valuation team, to support its growing business in the market.
Matthew Lemin joins as Associate Director in the valuation division, with responsibility for the valuation of commercial properties in London and Hertfordshire. Matthew joins from GL Hearn, where he focussed on bank loan and accounts valuations of UK retail, office, industrial and residential property. Matthew has previous experience in portfolio valuations at Cushman & Wakefield, particularly of shopping centres in the UK and Europe, working with clients such as Henderson Global Investors and Warner Estate Holdings.
Riaan Fourie joins LSH as Associate Director, focussing on the valuation of car parks and general commercial in London. Riaan joins from DTZ, where he was responsible for frequent portfolio valuations for property funds including Aviva, SWIP and QPark. Riaan has previous valuation experience working for Jones Lang LaSalle, CBRE and South Africa’s largest life insurance company, Old Mutual Plc.
Matthew Armstrong joins LSH’s Bristol office as a Surveyor and will be working with key clients across the South West region.
