Acting on behalf of a private client, Goadsby have let 111 Old Milton Road, New Milton to Mr McAllion who will be operating the premises as a furniture shop.
The subject premises comprise a ground floor retail area of 727 sq ft and was let on a new lease for three years. The quoting rental was £7,500 p.a.x.
