Evans Property Group has confirmed that it is investing £600K in transforming its Woodside House commercial development in Horsforth, resulting in the existing occupiers committing to the building with new leases and the appointment of Carter Towler to market the available accommodation.
Woodside House is a 13,500 sq ft commercial scheme on Low Lane in Horsforth. The property has been a long-term investment for Evans Property Group who is now undertaking a comprehensive refurbishment programme to fully upgrade the internal accommodation as well as introducing a new bike store, shower facilities and a more efficient M&E system.
I to I, a global leader in short course training in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL/TESOL), has signed a new lease for 3,820 sq ft on the 2nd floor which is now fully refurbished and Swinton Insurance has signed a new lease for 7,700 sq ft over the 1st and ground floors within the building which will be transformed by April.
The refurbishment of the final lower ground floor suite will be completed at the end of June and Evans has instructed Carter Towler to market this 2,200 sq ft space.
