Acting on behalf of an International supermarket chain South West property specialists Vickery Holman have recently concluded the sale of a parcel of land between Pool and Camborne.
The site measures approximately 2.8 acres (1.13 hectares) and is considered suitable for redevelopment, subject to statutory consents.
Neil Stubbs of Vickery Holman comments “The site was scheduled to be sold at auction however we successfully negotiated a sale which completed just days before the auction.”
The sale price is undisclosed.
