Morris Property has completed the letting of another unit at the increasingly popular Vanguard Park. The ever expanding Park has let just over 10,000 sqft to national car parts supplier, Euro Car Parts. The new Euro Car Parts outlet is their 138th in the UK, which continues their rapid expansion plans.
Euro Car Parts arrival at Vanguard Park complements the existing tenants, with other occupiers including Autoglass, Toolstation, GSF, Shukers and Motorworld. The Park will also benefit from the arrival of Mercedes Benz dealership early this year.

With interest in Vanguard being so high Morris Property will be commencing construction work on further plots which will provide a total of 33,000 sqft, with individual units available from 5,000 sqft upwards. The units will be constructed on a similar basis and to a high quality finish.
