Southampton based Chartered Surveyors and commercial property consultants, Primmer Olds, are delighted to announce the appointment of John Atkinson as Senior Building Surveyor within their Building Consultancy department.
John has over 16 years experience within the building surveying industry and arrives having worked for the last four years for the London based practice, Doherty Baines.
Duane Walker, partner, said “I am delighted with this appointment as John complements our existing team of professionals and will help the practice grow and develop the range of services it provides to its clients. John has particular experience in dilapidations, commercial building surveys, project management and other building surveying related disciplines.”
The appointment adds to the progression of Primmer Olds following Matthew Holmes being appointed to the team earlier in the year dealing with asset management and professional related work including rent reviews, lease renewals and valuations.
