Chesterton Humberts have agreed the letting of 13c New Street within Honiton town centre. The first floor office suite was self contained with its own kitchen and toilet facilities and was available to rent at a quoting rent of £7,950 per annum. The suite had its own entrance off New Street and had a net internal area of 90.88 sq m (978 sq ft) and was available by way of a new lease.

There has been an increase in demand for commercial premises with East Devon over the last quarter, which is hopefully a sign of the market improving”.
