Acting on behalf of Threadneedle, property consultants Rapleys have let 18 Gloucester Road in Bristol to The Blue Lagoon.
The Blue Lagoon has occupied 20 Gloucester Road, the adjacent unit for over 10 years. The new lease on both 18 & 20 Gloucester Road was subject to a change of use and both units being amalgamated.
Adam Crooks, surveyor at Rapleys, says: “There continues to be a high level of demand for retail premises of this nature along Gloucester Road. My client has built a good relationship with The Blue Lagoon and was therefore pleased to see them take on additional space”.
