BNP Paribas Real Estate has appointed Steven Skinner as head of West End investment.
Steven joined BNP Paribas Real Estate’s Central London investment team from Savills in January 2013.
BNP Paribas Real Estate’s head of investment, Simon Williams, said: “We are pleased to announce the appointment of Steven as the head of West End investment, as his experience and knowledge will further strengthen our already established team. We are committed to investing in our West End capabilities for our clients, as we continue to bring overseas investors into the market via our Far Eastern and Middle Eastern platforms, as well our parent company, BNP Paribas.”
In the last 18 months, BNP Paribas Real Estate has brought in more than 50 senior people, helping the company to transform into a major player in the UK, in keeping with its European leadership position.
