A specialist print and design company is moving to a thriving business centre at the former NAAFI headquarters in Amesbury.
Event Visual Ltd has rented a ground-floor workshop at the Minton Distribution Park through property consultancy Myddelton & Major.
Salisbury-based Myddelton & Major handled the lease of the 3,464 sq ft (322 sq m) premises on behalf of the landlord on a three-year lease.
Dean Speer, a partner at Myddelton & Major, said: “Event Visual Ltd are just the latest tenants to move into this thriving distribution centre.
“They are a specialist print and design business and were pleased to be able to make use of workshop space at the park.
“The park continues to grow with demand for units increasing as confidence returns to the market.”
Minton Distribution Park is a mixed use warehouse, industrial and office complex.
Tenants at the park include technology company NanoSight, rural community retailer Countrywide, agricultural supply business H&C Pearce & Sons and Europe’s leading grower and packer of ready-to-eat salads Vitacress.
Countrywide moved onto the site in May 2013 when it signed a 10-year lease on 21,000 sq ft (1,591 sq m)
Minton Distribution Park is just off the A303 and close to the M3 with links to Southampton, Portsmouth and the south as well the Midlands and the south west.
The site is owned by the Minton Group, which has a portfolio of 25 commercial sites nationwide with more than 150 tenants.
