The Midlands regional team of St. Modwen, alongside the specialist residential part of the business, St. Modwen Homes is moving to a new home.
Both are relocating to Park Point at the award-winning Longbridge redevelopment whilst Head Office operations will remain at Sir Stanley Clarke House, Quinton Business Park.
The move will see the Midlands team, led by regional director John Dodds, alongside the St. Modwen Homes team, led by managing director Guy Gusterson take almost 6,000 sq ft of space at the contemporary new build office environment in the heart of Longbridge town centre.
Commenting on the move, John Dodds said: “We’re extremely pleased to announce our move to Park Point. The relocation of the Midlands office has been prompted by a strong performance in the region and reflects the national strength of the company.

We have a large number of significant Midlands-based development projects coming forward and are now in a good position to benefit from market improvements in 2014 and beyond.”

St. Modwen Homes has grown substantially over the last 12 months and is now active on five residential sites located across the UK, including Park View at Longbridge, which has proved incredibly popular and is 100% sold. The move to new offices will help to facilitate further growth of the business as we look to strengthen our presence in the Midlands and across other areas of the UK.”
St. Modwen reported a strong performance in the Midlands over the last 12 months, when it unveiled positive annual results earlier this month. Having increased its landbank across the Midlands by approximately 600 acres, work is continuing on the redevelopment of the 204 acre Clay Cross site in Derbyshire and plans are progressing to create an employment-led scheme on 240 acres near Tamworth. More recently, St. Modwen completed a deal with Network Rail to transform a 70 acre parcel of land at Derby Gateway, adjacent to Pride Park, into an employment-led scheme.
Tenant interest in St. Modwen’s managed estates is also increasing, with deals signed for in excess of one million sq ft of space across the Midlands over the last 12 months.
