Acting on behalf of Rowe & Co Cornwall (Properties) Limited, property consultants Alder King have let Unit 3 Wyndham Way Retail Centre in Portishead to 99p Stores. The discount retailer has taken the 7,046 sq ft unit on a new 10 year lease at an undisclosed rent.
The property is one of a terrace of four retail warehouses located close to the town’s High Street and Waitrose supermarket. The other occupiers are New Look, Peacocks and Pets at Home.
