Nomination, the Italian jewellery company has opened its first standalone flagship store in the UK, at Bluewater shopping centre, Kent. The 300 sq ft unit has been taken on a ten year term at a rent of £55,000 per annum.
Nomination, the fashion jeweller, was founded in Florence, Italy in 1987 and remains the no.1 brand in steel and gold jewellery market using only the highest quality materials. They have 50 stores internationally and 5000 independent retailers globally.
Josh Braid, senior surveyor, Knight Frank retail team, commented; “Nomination is a well-known brand across Europe with limited presence in the UK, so this first standalone store will allow the brand to grow and reach a wider customer audience with further stores planned throughout the UK.“
Knight Frank acted on behalf of Nomination; CBRE acted on Behalf of Bluewater.
