Insight Healthcare has moved into a 6,096 sq ft office development in Nottingham in a deal brokered by Richard Sutton at NG Chartered Surveyors.
Richard has let Edgeley House on Riverside Business Park to Insight Healthcare on behalf of landlords Snowball Developments. Edgeley House will act as Insight’s new headquarters.
Richard said: “We’re delighted to turn this deal around so soon after the previous tenant vacated the premises.
“We found we were in the right place at the right time. This is no coincidence; we know what requirements are out there and the quality of our product meant we were able to keep the void income period down to an absolute minimum for Snowball.
“In the end the deal has taken less than a month between the old tenant leaving and the new one moving in.”
Insight Healthcare (formerly MHCO) is a not for profit organisation that provides talking therapy services on behalf of the NHS in various localities throughout the UK. Insight’s services are free to access and provide help for people suffering with anxiety, depression and other similar difficulties.
Peter Blackett of Davison Blackett, acted for Insight Healthcare on the deal. He said: “Since starting new services in Nottingham, Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire in early 2013 Insight’s continued expansion has led it to relocate its Midlands regional headquarters into larger, open plan office space at Edgeley House, Nottingham.
“The new premises will provide a flexible working environment to better enable Insight to deliver innovative, high quality and cost effective services for local residents.”
LSH was joint agent for Edgeley House. Julie Pope of Fraser Brown acted for Snowball on the deal.
