UDG’s new 220,000ft² Distribution Centre at Clowes Developments’ 120 acre Castlewood Business Park at Junction 28 is really coming to life.
The building forms part of the ongoing organic expansion of pharmaceutical distribution specialist UDG who are based at Junction 28 in four distribution facilities.
The Developer’s works are due to be completed during March with UDG completing their fit out and commissioning their move over the Summer months for the building to be operational prior to September.
Castlewood has been one of the most successful sites within the East Midlands region and can accommodate units which are designed bespoke to the occupier’s needs in the size range 20,000ft² to 200,000ft².
