The Directors of Salway Bradbury are pleased to announce that we have been acquired by Johnson Fellows LLP, which we see as a particular benefit to our clients, providing a greater range of specialist services and a wider coverage of the market.
Johnson Fellows is one of the leading independently owned Chartered Surveyors in the UK with over 30 staff specialising in industrial, offices and retail. The business is shortly to celebrate its 30th anniversary and we are delighted to be part of this bigger venture, adding our expertise and experience to an existing business and well established portfolio of clients.
The new business will create one of the largest specialist practices in the UK and will now be able to offer a far wider range of services including acquisitions, disposals, rating, building services, rent reviews, lease renewals, management, valuation and project management.
Both Edward and I will remain very involved with the day to day work and we will continue to grow our presence in and around Solihull and the Birmingham property market. We shall very much be looking after all of our existing clients and we thank our contacts for their support.
