Independent property consultant, Nolan Redshaw, has negotiated the letting of Inwood House, Bury on behalf of a private client.
Situated at the junction of Peel Street and Bolton Street, Harrington Advisory Ltd, a financial claims advisory service, will occupy the full 6,250 sq.ft. across three floors on a five year lease.
