Ladbrokes has acquired 76 sq m (821 sq ft) by way of a new 10 year effectively full repairing and insuring lease, from May 2013. There is a tenant only break at the expiration of year 5, together with 3 months and 3 weeks rent free.
The initial rent is £25,000 per annum exclusive.
