A leading commercial property firm in Coventry has concluded the sale of a retail showroom with office space in the city.
Shortland Penn + Moore has helped the Jackson family, who founded G.W.Jackson & Son Ltd, now Jackson Office Products almost 70 years ago, sell the property at 15-17 Humber Road to a private investor.
The company, now owned by Steven and Sue Beard continues to trade at its new premises at Unit B4, Stag Industrial Estate, Endermere Road,
Holbrooks, Coventry.
The 3,705 sq ft property was sold at £225,000 and was completed at the end of January. James Compton, of Shortland Penn + Moore, it was a very good result.
He said: “We are very pleased to have concluded this deal for the owners of the property.”
“The purchaser is also extremely pleased to have invested in the property so it was a case of satisfaction all-round at getting this deal done.”
