Sanderson Weatherall’s Leeds office has completed the sale of 4 York Place to local business Iliad Solutions. The company has invested in the 5,600 sq ft period property following rapid growth which has seen the business double in size over the last two years.
Iliad Solutions which focuses on the testing of existing and emerging payment technologies had previously leased its office space in Leeds before the decision was made to purchase premises. With an attractive facade and 5,600 sq. ft. arranged over 5 floors of prime office space the new property will enable the business to further grow and develop its business.
Mike Wright of Iliad, said; “Iliad’s search to find our own building in Leeds was accelerated by recent business growth. We are delighted to have found such suitable premises, in such a central location and at good market value.”
Iliad will occupy the premises alongside two retained tenants, recruitment firm Jo Holdsworth Recruitment and City Chiropractic. Further floors are still available to lease.
Richard Dunn of Sanderson Weatherall commented “The property is in an excellent location and generated a lot of interest. It has met the requirement of Iliad Solutions in that it provides a sound investment whilst also being an excellent base for this thriving local business moving forward.”
