The mid terraced industrial unit was available at a quoting rent of £5,950 per annum and had a gross internal area of 47.86 sq m (515 sq ft) plus a mezzanine floor of 27.83 sq m (300 sq ft). The unit included WC facilities and outside had parking for 2/3 vehicles.
