Chesterton Humberts have recently agreed the letting of Unit 1A, Plot 5, Millfield Industrial Estate, Chard, Somerset on behalf of their clients. The end of terrace industrial unit had a gross internal area of 192.51 sq m (2,071 sq ft) and included a two storey office block of 50 sq m (540 sq ft) with WC and kitchen facilities. The unit was available at a quoting rent of £12,000 per annum.
