Acting on behalf of private clients, Goadsby have let Shop Unit 2, Matrix House, 3a Wick Lane, Christchurch to Mr Paul Giles & Mrs Carmen Beaumont who will open the retail premises selling Vaper cigarettes and accessories.
The subject premises comprise a net sales area of 451 sq ft and was let on a new full repairing and insuring lease. The quoting rental was £8,000 per annum, exclusive.
