Rapleys has appointed James Croysdill BSc (Hons) MRICS as a Senior Associate in the Special Projects team based in London.
James joins Rapleys having previously been at Savills in the National Development team, and contracted into London Borough of Hackney, where he worked on strategic acquisitions, planning viability / S106 negations, council led regeneration projects, the six estates estate renewal program and Woodberry Down, Europe’s largest regeneration project, providing 3500 new homes.
