Property consultants Alder King, acting on behalf of M Seven Real Estate, recently completed two new lettings at Kestrel Business Park in Sowton, Exeter.
16-17 Kestrel Business Park, a 9,970 sq ft (926.24 sq m) high quality industrial unit, has been let to NSL. One of the UK’s leading service providers in the regulated environments of health, central and local government, NSL took the premises on a new seven year lease from September 2013.
The second letting was to Screwfix, the UK’s largest multi-channel supplier of trade tools, plumbing, electrical, bathrooms and kitchens to facilitate its expansion in Exeter. Unit 7 Kestrel Business Park will become Screwfix’s second store in Sowton. It acquired the 4,694 sq ft (436.08 sq m) premises in December on a new 10 year lease with a mid-term break and review.
Lee Southan of Alder King’s Exeter office comments “Both organisations conducted an extensive search of Exeter’s available industrial property. Kestrel Business Park was a natural choice, providing the most suitable location and accommodation. The premises are of good quality and appealed as the Park’s location offers good access, transport links and prominence in this busy trading estate.”
The lettings leave just one unit available on the business park. Unit 2 provides 1,873 sq ft (173.97 sq m) of trade counter / warehouse space with first floor offices. The unit is available on a new lease direct from the landlords at a rent of £12,750 per annum exclusive.
