Leading property consultant CBRE has announced the newest addition to its Property and Asset Management (PAM) department.
Peter Clayton, who is joining the expanding CBRE team from the London office of Sanderson Weatherall, has taken up the role of senior surveyor at the firm’s Glasgow office.
The announcement follows the recent appointment of Lynne Keenan as director and head of CBRE’s Property and Asset Management team in Scotland.
Peter will work on a variety of CBRE clients with a mixed-use portfolio ranging from offices and industrial sites to shops and retail parks. His role will involve responsibility for managing client and tenant relationships and lease and service charge management, working closely with colleagues across all teams to deliver a well-rounded service to clients.
Peter said: “Relocating from London to Glasgow to join CBRE provides a brilliant opportunity to work with an ambitious and expanding team.”
Lynne Keenan, director and head of CBRE’s Property and Asset Management team in Scotland, added: “Property and Asset Management within CBRE is going from strength to strength and I am very happy to welcome Peter to our team at the start of what is shaping up to be a busy year. He is bringing with him some fantastic experience and I am sure he’ll make an excellent addition.”
