Chesterton Humberts have just agreed the letting of Units 4A and 4B Millwey Rise Industrial Estate, Weycroft Avenue, on the edge of Axminster. The end of terrace industrial unit with warehouse and showroom/offices had a gross internal area of 179.63 sq m (1,952 sq ft) plus a mezzanine of 99.58 sq m (1,071 sq ft) and was available to let at a quoting rent of £9,950 per annum.

Chesterton Humberts report that there has been an increase in demand within East Devon for industrial units and commercial premises including shops and offices, which is hopefully a sign of the market improving.
