Independent property consultancy Alder King has appointed James Nicholas as a partner in its asset management and consultancy teams. Previously a surveyor in Alder King’s professional team for three years, James has re-joined the company after nearly 10 years holding senior positions managing the Ashtenne Industrial Fund, the mandate for which was recently acquired by Hansteen.
James will divide his time between Alder King’s Bristol and Cardiff offices, providing clients with high level strategic advice across a wide range of disciplines including asset management, investment, agency and lease advisory. He will also play a key role in business generation.
Martyn Jones, senior partner at Alder King, said: “We are delighted that James is re-joining us. He brings a wealth of high level experience which will be invaluable to us and our clients.”
James added: “The opportunity to return to Alder King and take up such a strategic and wide-ranging new role is very exciting. It feels good to be back!”
